Inspiration
I am a full time, working mother of an adorbale four year old and
active little boy, Aaden. Four years ago, running started out as a
form of exercise to get myself in shape. It became a way of relieving
stress from a hectic day, terrible twos(if you have children you know
it's more like twos, threes, and fours) and everyday life! Four years
later, running is part of who I am, it is my therapist, and it is
where I feel free and most creative.
It wasn't until last night that I had even considered blogging about
my love for running. Now, 10 weeks into my first marathon training program, I have decided
to begin a blog. This was prompted when I was plugging the final month of the intense
First time marathoner training schedule into my wonderful gmail calendar(it kindly reminds me the day before how far I need to run tomorrow) that I realized my training schedule suggests
keeping a daily running log that I can refer back to. Hmmm, what a great idea, right?
RIGHT! So here it is, the words of One Bad Mother Runner!
